Bookings, Payments, & Policies
When you're ready to turn your daydream into a departure, I'm here to make it effortless. Once your itinerary is curated and approved, I'll walk you through every detail of securing your journey.

Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable planning deposit confirms your spot and begins the design process for your personalized escape. Final payments are typically due 30-60 days prior to departure, depending on the supplier or experience.

Accepted Payments
Feral Femmes currently accepts major credit cards through Paypal or Stripe. Each supplier may vary slightly in accepted forms of payment, but most honor major credit cards for convenience and security.

Payment Plans
Because travel should feel expansive - not stressful - many journeys can be broken into smaller, manageable payments leading up to the final due date. Depending on the experience, I can arrange payment plans either directly through Feral Femmes or via approved supplier programs.
Some travel partners also offer financing options through Affirm or their own installment systems, allowing you to spread out payments while keeping your getaway on schedule. Together, we'll find a plan that feels both comfortable and aligned with your adventure.

Cancellations & Changes
Life happens - sometimes wildly. Cancellation terms vary by supplier and will be disclosed before booking. I'll guide you through your options, but travel insurance is always strongly recommended to protect your investment.

Traveler Responsibility
My role is to craft your journey, manage the flow, and make magic happen. Your role is to show up as the capable, adventurous woman you are.
- I expect every traveler to review their documentation, travel & entry requirements, and health needs before departure.

Bless & Release policy
Life happens - I get it. But travel is a commitment - energetically, emotionally, and financially. When you say "Yes" to a Feral Femmes journey, you're claiming your space, your growth, and you adventure - and that space cannot sit in limbo.

Now, let's get real for a moment. I am not here to babysit, chase, or hand-hold grown adults who can't follow directions. If you can't, or won't, take responsibility, communicate, or show up with your big-girl pants on - this probably isn't your vibe. I work with women who can handle their sh*t with grace and self-awareness. Drama, entitlement, or constant chaos will earn a one-way ticket to the Bless & Release portal.

If you choose to cancel, supplier timelines and policies will apply. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise noted. Once payments are sent to suppliers, they become subject to their individual terms - meaning i can advocate for you if something happens, but I can't rewrite the universe.

If a release is necessary due to your own choices, lack of communication, or general inability to follow through - and planning payment has already been secured - it is non-refundable. The only exceptions will be genuine, unforseen life circumstance that fall outside of your control.

While it's ultimately your choice, I strongly recommend securing a comprehensive travel insurance policy that covers medical, trip interruption, cancellation, and baggage protection. This isn't about fear - it's about empowerment. You deserve to travel knowing you're covered, no matter what curveball the universe throws your way.
